Molly is an Pennsylvania native who first began performing professionally at thirteen years old in Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater, in The Snow Queen. Her nomination was for an Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. It was recast when Molly was able to make her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway in 2002. She received a Drama League Award for this performance. Molly was also part of the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004.
