Amanda Righetti

Amanda Elizabeth Righetti (born Amanda Elizabeth Righetti) is an American producer and actor. She became famous for her character as Special Agent Grace Van Pelt on CBS's The Mentalist, a police procedural show. Righetti, from the state of Utah, Utah native who grew up in the state of Utah has always fantasized about becoming a performer. Her first dance lessons began at the age of four. The first time she appeared on the big screen was the 1995 movie "Love and Happiness". With CSI: Crime Scene Investigation it was her first appearance on television as guest star on CBS guest-star. Righetti began her modeling career when she was fourteen. When she moved into Los Angeles, Righetti continued to play small roles in the Fox teen drama 'The O.C.'. Righetti has also played important roles in the 2009 slasher film 'Friday the 13th, the action film Captain America: The First Avenger', Fox's soap opera "North Shore", and the drama series 'Reunion'. The actress played Grace Van Pelt from 2008 until 2015 in the acclaimed "The Mentalist.' Her performance was well-received by critics.
